That’s my fill-in name for the BYMB newsletter! I am such a dork!

That’s the dorky news. The real news is that I just sent out the first issue. Woo!

Given that this is my maiden voyage and all, there will be some kinks to work out. Do me a favor? PLEASE let me know if it looks wonky on your screen. Aweber, the company that manages BYMB’s email list, has this really cool option where you can send a text version AND an HTML version. Supposedly, it’s smart enough to know which addresses require the text version and which are good with HTML. I have no idea how this works in practice, however.

Gmail is more or less readable, but did a few stupid things, like got rid of all the whitespace between my text and the borders of the table. A new template with CSS is on the to-do list, which will help.

Anyway, bear with me! Also, check your spam and trash folders to make sure it arrived, and be sure to whitelist “elizabeth@buildyourmetaphysicalbusiness.com” to make sure you get it in your inbox.
